Roger Sayers
Non Executive Director and Chairman
Mr. Roger Sayers has extensive experience as the Chairman of listed and unlisted companies in a number of industry sectors including science, education, software and manufacturing.
With a background in Research and Development, Roger has held senior executive positions in the United Kingdom, Singapore, United States, New Zealand and Australia. His background has provided him with a creative mix of applied science and corporate management.
Much of his career has been focused on the development of entrepreneurship and building businesses. Including listing of companies on the Australian Stock Exchange.
Dr. Melony Sellars
CEO & Managing Director
Dr. Melony Sellars has 20 years of experience in Aquaculture, with an in-depth background in shrimp aquaculture. She has extensive expertise in the application of novel biotech solutions for industry, genetics and breeding programs
Dirk Krueger

Dirk Krueger is a Business Development & Commercial Executive with over 25 years experience in senior strategic leadership roles working for global technology & IT companies throughout the Asia-Pacific and European regions.

Mr Stratos Karousos (Strat) is a C-suite executive with over 25 years’ experience across global markets and various industries including technology, health and agriculture. He has deep expertise in commercial, legal and operational matters including growth, strategy, M&A and fundraising in the Asia Pacific region and US.

Dr Nigel Preston is a global authority on aquaculture with extensive research experience in the industry, with international governments and policy makers. He has previously served as Director General of World Fish and has also held various director roles of aquaculture and food futures programs at CSIRO.
Mr Hugo LeMessurier is a business strategist and biotechnology executive with 20 years of human and animal diagnostic and therapeutic experience. Hugo specialises in commercialisation of new technologies across a range of early stage healthcare, food, defence, advisory and chemical businesses.
